Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will assist you with securing vendors, if needed. We will help you plan all the little details from start to end and together we will plan an event to remember! Event day of coordination can be added for an additional fee.
Maybe you have everything all planned out - but need help with decoration planning and setup. We will work with you to understand colors and decor needs and source items for a cohesive look and feel to support your event.
Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.
We can also create event party favors or gift baskets that can be personalized with special types of candy, small gifts, colors, or themes. We can create gift baskets for out of town guests that tie to your theme as well. Bring a smile to your guests' faces!

Our passion is with themes and other celebrations. Weddings have such a long commitment (a year plus!) and we have decided at this time we will not plan weddings. We know of several amazing Greater Cincinnati wedding planners we could refer you to! However, we are happy to provide rental items to support a wedding or even a rehearsal dinner! Congratulations & happy planning!
Once we have our initial consultation, we will write up a proposal and costs for the event, including a contract detailing payment terms. Once the contract is signed and non-refundable deposit is paid - your date is reserved. We will then start work based on the terms of our agreement for what you need for your event.
We are not caterers - but are happy to connect you with caterers in the area. If you are having a home party or event where you want to provide your own food, we are happy to help you plan a menu to match the theme and vibe of your event. Then you can do the shopping and cooking! We do offer several types of serving ware, chafing dishes, dessert stands, etc.. to support the look of your event. We will not prepare or manage food during an event.

Our standard rental period is a 'one-day' rental, meaning you pick up your items the day before your event, enjoy them during your event, and return them the day after your event. Longer rental periods and rates may be permitted (subject to availability).
We are located in Loveland OH - easily accessible from I-71 and I-275.
If only renting items from us and you don't have a way to transport the items or perhaps you are afraid of damaging something in transit , delivery services are possible (subject to availability) with a fee. Delivery fees will be calculated according to the distance and quantity of items needing to be delivered.
Yes! Can we drop off the items to your venue/event location and then come back to pickup. We can also deliver, setup, teardown/cleanup, and haul it all away at the end so you (or your family) don't have to! All services are possible (subject to availability) with a fee.
Creativity is encouraged! Your event could be a beautiful blend of colors and textures - or your can stay clean and classic! We can help you make those choices!
A deposit is required to reserve your date and allow work to begin. If a deposit has not been received, you risk another event taking your date. We require a deposit that equals 50% of the total price. Once you make a reservation, all other clients will be refused your specific rentals and date, and this all deposits are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens and things change sometimes. We will work hard to change the dates for you based on availability within 6 months of the original event date if this is something that your desire. If that will not work for you, you may choose to cancel the reservation. The 50% deposit made upon booking is not refundable.
Please note that items will not be brand new when you receive them because they were already rented out before. They may have minor blemishes and some signs of wear, but they will be in good working order, clean and sanitized when possible to do so.
Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of J&N Events and Rentals LLC. Items should always be secured and protected from the elements. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost.
The customer is responsible for all rental items from the start of rental to the time of return. This includes the safe transport to and from us for customer picked up items. If there are any issues with rental items upon receipt, customers must contact J & N Events and Rentals LLC immediately via email describing the problem and sending pictures. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. A fee will be charged for missing parts and containers.
We require a signed damage waiver be in place at the time of booking. The damage waiver authorizes J & N Events and Rentals LLC to charge up to 15% of your reservation cost and covers typical things that may happen throughout your event (a spilled drink, snagged linens, etc. ).
The waiver does not cover excessive things like items that go missing, or damaged beyond repair. For damage beyond the covered damages, the client will be liable for that cost. When you come to pick up the rentals, we will require a copy of your ID and for you to fill out a credit authorization form to ensure that any damages that may occur are covered.
